Except for the purpose of individual learning, learners are not allowed to copy, adjust, or employ parts of or the whole works with copyright addressed on the E-learning system of the university without permission. Copying, adjusting, or disseminating the works with copy right to the public will have to pay a fine of 20,000 to 200,000 baht. If the action is done for commercial purposes, the infringer shall be sentenced, ranging from a 6-month to 10-year imprisonment, or pay a fine ranging from 100,000 to 800,000 baht, or be punished by both imprisonment and fine.

        This Privacy Notice is written only in Thai and English versions. If the users’ browser translates the Privacy Notice into other languages for convenience purpose, the users have to acknowledge that only the Thai and English versions of the Privacy Notice will be used for any disagreement that might occur.
